Radiation resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-aging, High temperature, high frequency and high voltage electrical performance,high mechanical strength requirements and low smoke and toxic gas emission, it’s self-lubraction material.

PEEK machined parts has different composition, including PEEK unfilled, PEEK glass fiber filled,
PEEK carbon fiber filled, and PEEK bearing grade with 10% PTFE, 10% Carbon, 10%graphite, and
50% carbon filled special PEEK material.

PEEK machined parts are widely used as seal rings, valve seats, gears, bushings, sleeves, gears, bolts and nuts, HPLC fittings.
